Does DJ Wrex also MC?
Yes. DJ Wrex can DJ and MC your event, handling announcements, introductions and the flow of the night. We can also provide a dedicated or bilingual MC.
What does your flat rate cover?
We don’t charge by the hour. Coverage runs from when guests arrive until the last song, with no overtime fees. We usually arrive about 3 hours before start time (venue permitting) to set up and sound check, and pack up after the last song.
Is ceremony sound included?
Ceremony sound, with music cues and a wireless mic for your officiant, is included in some packages and available as an add-on in others. We’ll go over it with your packages.
Is travel included?
Travel within 50 miles of Los Angeles is included. For events farther away we include travel in your quote, and we also do destination and out-of-state weddings.
What is the booking and payment process?
Start by checking your date. If DJ Wrex is available, we’ll send packages and pricing, and you can reserve online: sign your contract and pay a 50% retainer to lock in your date. The balance is due 2 weeks before your event.
What if DJ Wrex is sick or has an emergency?
A trusted Synergy Events team DJ steps in, fully briefed from your planning app, so your timeline and music stay the same.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes, Synergy Events carries liability insurance with a coverage value of $1,000,000. If your venue requires a certificate of insurance, we’ll provide one on request at no charge.
