What is your Pandemic Protocol?

We strive to keep you, your guests, and ourselves healthy and safe at all times.  We have put in place sanitary guidelines to ensure all are provided for.  We have a PPE kit on hand with gloves, masks, disinfecting wipes, and sprays for our equipment and both of our protection. We will have microphone stands to minimize hand contact and have disposable microphone covers to switch out in between guest speakers. We will also have a phone number displayed for your guests to send song requests to, to allow for social distancing as well.

What is your rescheduling policy surrounding COVID?

We know it is difficult to pick a date and feel confident about it during these times, so to help out our Covid weary couples we are offering a one time no fee deposit transfer.  You will be able to reschedule within 18 months of your original date with no fees based on our availability.

Does synergy provide an MC?

Synergy Events can provide MC and DJ services as well as refer you to a separate mc.

What does your flat rate cover?

We are yours for the entirety of your reception, we base our time on your event time and do not charge hourly.  We generally (venue permitting) arrive 3 hours before the event start time to set up and sound check.  We play the last song at the time your venue has scheduled you for and close down and pack up after that.  Your venue will set your end time with you and that will be our end time too! 

Is Ceremony Service included?

If no sound system is needed and DJ would just need to plug-in their laptop then there is no additional charge for ceremony service. If you require a sound system for the ceremony (speaker, mic, mic stand mixer etc.) then there is an additional fee to setup a sound system for the ceremony. 

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes, Synergy Events carries liability insurance with a coverage value of $1,000,000. If your event site requires a certificate of insurance, we will gladly provide one upon request.
