DJ Wrex has played 5 weddings at Serra Plaza since 2017. He knows how ceremony, cocktails and reception work in the same courtyard.
Know the venue
Serra Plaza is a Spanish colonial courtyard venue created by Jay’s Catering, a short walk from Mission San Juan Capistrano and next to the Los Rios Historic District.
Many couples hold the ceremony and reception in the same space. We plan the switch between the two with your coordinator so the music keeps going while the plaza turns over.

Can the ceremony and reception be in the same space?
Yes. We keep music playing during cocktail hour while the plaza is reset for dinner.
How do we check availability?
Send your date through the contact form. DJ Wrex plays one event per day.
